"A Little Limited, But It Worked Out"
I was a bit nervous because of my allergy, but the staff were really nice and checked the ingredients for me. I’ll admit, I felt a little disappointed that there weren’t more options I could safely have, but in the end I found something that worked and it turned out okay.

"Line moved quicker than I expected"
Stopped by Marble Slab after dinner and thought we’d be standing there way longer. There were a few people ahead of us, and with the kids already getting antsy, I was kind of bracing for it. But the staff kept things moving and we had our ice cream in maybe five minutes or so. Not sure if it’s always like that, but it was a nice surprise. Nothing too exciting, just glad the wait wasn’t bad. I’d go back.

"Super welcoming even when they were busy"
The staff were really nice and patient while we picked our flavors. I know we probably took longer than we should have, but there were a lot of good options and we wanted to choose the right ones. Even though it was busy, they still made us feel welcomed the whole time. Definitely coming back again.

"Pretty Good, But Maybe Too Sweet"
The ice cream tasted good, but it was a little too sweet for me. I kept wondering if they added extra sugar or something because it felt like a lot. It wasn’t bad, just nothing super special or worth going out of my way for.

"That waffle cone was honestly the highlight"
I went in thinking about the ice cream, obviously, but weirdly the waffle cone is what stuck with me. It was fresh, super crunchy, not that sad stale kind you sometimes get. Also, small thing, but it actually held the ice cream well and didn’t turn into a mess halfway through. Anyway, the ice cream was good, but the cone was probably my favorite part.

"Great customization, but not the cheapest"
I really like how many customization options there are, and it made it easy to get things close to what I wanted. That said, it does feel a bit pricey for what you get, so I’m not sure it’s the best value. Overall, I’m happy with it, but the cost is definitely something to consider...

"So many good mix-ins"
I loved all the mix-in options here. I ended up getting cookie dough, brownies, and strawberries in mine and it was sooo good. It took me a minute to decide because there were so many choices, but thats definitely a good problem to have.

"So soft and fresh"
The cake was really soft, like super soft, and it tasted so fresh. You could tell it wasn’t sitting around for long. Really enjoyed it

"Good help when I needed it"
Had a little issue with my online order, but customer service got back to me quickly and sorted it out. Not totally perfect, but I’m happy overall.

"So many flavors, hard to pick lol"
I like Marble Slab mostly because there are always sooo many flavors to choose from. Some are the classic ones, and then there are a few that are a little different, which I really like. It took me way too long to decide haha. My only thing is I wish some of the seasonal flavors stuck around a bit longe r. Overall though, good and I’d def order again.

From what I remember, the scoop size was good. It was a little on the pricey side, but they did fill the cup up nicely. It ended up being enough for me and my kid to share, so overall I felt like it was a decent treat.

"Good Ice Cream, but My Order Wasn’t Quite Right"
I ordered from marbleslab and overall it was a decent experience. Pickup went smoothly, and the ice cream itself tasted really good. The only issue was that one of my toppings was missing, and the sizes seemed a little off compared to what I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish they had double-checked everything before handing the order over to me.

I ordered from marbleslab for delivery and was expecting it around the time they gave me, but it ended up showing up about 30 minutes later. So there was definitely a bit of an expectation gap there, especially with ice cream. It still tasted good, just softer than I would’ve liked by the time it arrived. The driver was friendly and everything was packed well, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the delivery updates had been more accurate.

"Pretty happy with it"
I was in a good mood leaving this place, honestly. The prices felt fair for what you get, and the ice cream tasted fresh, which always makes a difference. The mix-ins made it feel a little more special too. It’s not the cheapest dessert ever, but for something fun and satisfying, I’d say it’s worth it.

"Easy Custom Cake Order"
I ordered a custom ice cream cake through the site, and overall it was a smooth experience. Checkout was easy, and I liked being able to see the different options while putting it together. The pickup time in the email was a little confusing, but the store had the cake ready when I got there, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely use it again.

"Good ice cream, confusing parking"
The ice cream was really good, but the parking situation was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t very clear where we were supposed to park, so we ended up circling around for a while before finally finding a spot. Not the worst experience, but clearer signs or instructions would’ve made it a lot less annoying.

"Pretty Consistent Overall"
I’ve been to a few Marble Slab locations now, they all seem consistent to me. Same kind of taste, same level of service, nothing that really stands out in a bad way. Maybe I just haven’t been to enough of them to notice a big difference, but so far it’s been exactly what I expect every time.

I stopped in and liked the vibe right away. The place felt clean and cozy inside. It maybe felt a tiny bit simple at first, but actually that kind of made it feel more relaxed and comfortable.
